Job Description and Requirements

1. Purpose of the Position:

As a Finance Intern at Generations For Peace, you will embark on a journey to support our finance team by assisting in various finance-related tasks, ultimately contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes.

2. Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support the Finance Department in day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Efficiently scan and file finance and supporting documents, ensuring organized physical and digital files.
• Assist with financial data entry and maintenance of financial records to contribute to accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and team members, taking on any other task as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department.
