Qualifications, Skills & Competencies Required:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
• Experience: Students in their final semester or graduates who have completed their course within the last 6 months.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects & Final Cut Pro.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills including listening, oral, and written.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with good time management abilities.
• Creativity: Excellent visual and conceptual skills.
• Motivation: High level of self-motivation, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
