JOB PURPOSE

Join Sparepap, an innovative B-B-C e-commerce platform revolutionizing access to automotive spare parts, accessories, and mechanical services. As a Parts Associate, you’ll be pivotal in driving new business, expanding our merchant base, and ensuring our platform remains the go-to digital marketplace for automotive needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Aggressive Acquisition and Aggregation:

  • Drive acquisition of spare parts merchants, diversifying our platform.
  • Map out merchants across brands, part types, and tiers.

Platform Liquidity:

  • Maintain platform liquidity, ensuring spare parts availability.
  • Foster merchant relationships to support online sales.

Cataloging and Pricing:

  • Accurately catalog and price spare parts.
  • Negotiate competitive prices, surpassing market rates.

Outsourcing:

  • Efficiently outsource spare parts, negotiating best prices.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication.

Merchant Management:

  • Oversee updates of merchant inventories.
  • Implement pricing updates and monitor order dispatch.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with teams for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Understand market trends and identify business opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Provide timely reports and learnings.
  • Undergo capacity building to enhance expertise.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Sourcing Efficiency & Part Availability:

  • Ensure 95% of requested parts sourced within 1 hour.
  • Maintain part availability rate of 95% for top-selling parts.

Competitive Pricing:

  • Keep average pricing competitive, within 5% of market standards.

Return Rate:

  • Keep return rate below 2% and reduce by 20% compared to previous period.

Supplier Performance:

  • Maintain supplier performance rating of 90% or higher.

Inventory Management:

  • Optimize inventory levels to meet demand.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Mechanical trade knowledge advantageous.
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
