Job Summary

Title: Senior UX Designer – EMEA Team

Location: Remote – EMEA Team (Open to applicants located anywhere aligned with EMEA time zones)

As a Senior UX Designer at 10up, you’ll leverage a full spectrum of user experience design skills while working collaboratively with our Content Design and Visual Design teams. You will lead meaningful, enterprise-level digital projects and have the creative flexibility to explore and experiment with various design tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• UX Strategy and Design: Provide expert-level UX strategy, guidance, and design across 3-4 projects simultaneously, including workshop planning and facilitation, user research, personas, user testing, site structures, wireframes, and user flows.
• Client and Team Collaboration: Build long-term, productive working relationships across disciplines at 10up and with clients, while working independently.
• Project Planning: Create and communicate UX Design project plans that consider project constraints and client preferences, collaborating with other design disciplines such as UI design.
• Business Development: Recognize and pursue UX Design opportunities with existing and/or new clients with support from account development team members.
• Leadership: Lead by example, producing great work and helping team members learn and grow.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, digital agency environment working on multiple concurrent projects across user experience design.
• Project Management: Expertise in guiding project workflow and UX design deliverables to achieve optimal project outcomes within budget, timeline, and client constraints.
• Tools Proficiency: High proficiency in UX tools such as Miro and Figjam for facilitation and deliverable presentations, as well as user testing tools like Optimal Workshop.
• Workshop Facilitation: Ability to confidently plan and facilitate workshops to explore project ambiguity and ensure outcomes drive the project forward.
• Web Interaction Knowledge: Strong understanding of web interactions, patterns, best practices, and common challenges faced by website developers, with experience driving strategic solutions.
• Design Systems Understanding: Ability to understand design systems from a UX perspective and collaborate effectively with UI designers.
• Content Strategy and Management: Experience with large-scale, CMS-driven website projects using block-based editors (e.g., Gutenberg for WordPress) and a deep understanding of content strategy, publishing workflows, and content management platforms.

Compensation

The expected annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $105,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, job-related qualifications/skills, geographic location, and business needs.
