About Role

As the Butchery Supervisor at Kenchic, you will lead the charge in overseeing the complete operations and management of our butcheries. Your mission? To craft an unparalleled shopping experience for our customers while driving sales, hitting budget targets, maintaining profit margins, and effectively managing our team.


Description of Essential Responsibilities

1. Total Operations Management

Take charge of all facets of butchery operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your keen eye for detail will ensure our butcheries are pristine, well-organized, and stocked with top-quality products.

2. Customer Experience

Deliver exceptional service to our customers by fostering a positive shopping experience. Train and oversee staff to ensure they provide unparalleled customer service at every turn.

3. Sales Promotion and Market Development

Devise and execute strategies to drive sales through marketing campaigns, promotions, and product showcases. Analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and spearhead market development initiatives across all locations.

4. Achieving Sales Budgets

Set and surpass sales targets established by the company. Leverage sales data analysis to discern trends and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

5. Profit Margin Management

Exercise cost control measures and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Implement pricing strategies that maintain profitability while upholding product quality standards.

6. Labour Management/Compliance

Efficiently manage staffing levels, schedules, and training programs to optimize operations. Monitor labor costs and productivity to align with budgetary objectives while ensuring all licenses and health certificates are up to date.

7. Quality, Variety, and Freshness

Procure high-quality meat products and uphold freshness standards. Diversify our product offerings to meet evolving customer preferences and demands.
