CCTV Control Room Operator

Position Overview:
Are you ambitious, dynamic, and passionate about security? Vivo is seeking a CCTV Control Room Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for continuous surveillance, intelligence collection, and maintaining CCTV equipment to strengthen our security measures and enhance incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
Surveillance:
- Conduct continuous surveillance of all business premises.
- Collaborate with store managers, security personnel, and department heads to address identified risks promptly.
Intelligence Collection:
- Gather insights and intelligence related to production and retail operations to support business decision-making.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain occurrence and equipment maintenance records.
- Securely store video footage for evidentiary purposes and provide regular reports.
Compliance and Governance:
- Utilize surveillance tools to enforce compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Main Accountabilities and Activities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance standards for garment and fabric quality.
- Establish quality inspection processes aligned with international standards.
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Identify and mitigate potential quality risks in the production process.
- Stay updated with the latest quality control technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Security-related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CCTV control room operations.
