Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with Customers: Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers, offering professional assistance and guidance throughout their visit.
  2. Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about our diverse range of products and services. Ensure all concerns are resolved efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  3. Inventory Management: Collaborate with the procurement department to oversee the receiving, dispatching, and tracking of inventory. Maintain meticulous records to facilitate seamless operations and auditing processes.
  4. Parcel Handling: Receive and manage incoming parcels on behalf of company directors and staff members, ensuring secure and organized delivery.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records for reference and auditing purposes, contributing to operational efficiency and accountability.
  6. Sales Support: Respond to sales inquiries via email and social media platforms, offering product information, guidance, and support to potential customers.
  7. Order Coordination: Liaise with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order processing, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
