Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

Nannies:

  • Providing nurturing care and supervision to children in a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Engaging children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
  • Assisting with daily routines, including meal preparation, hygiene, and educational activities.

Chefs:

  • Planning and preparing nutritious and delicious meals for families based on dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including food storage and inventory management.
  • Collaborating with families to create menus and meal plans that meet their needs.

Nanny/Drivers:

  • Safely transporting children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
  • Assisting with household errands and tasks as needed, such as grocery shopping and light housekeeping.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during transportation and while in your care.

Gardeners:

  • Maintaining outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, and landscaping features, to ensure they are clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as watering, mowing, weeding, and pruning, to keep outdoor areas in optimal condition.
  • Identifying and addressing issues related to plant health, pest control, and irrigation to preserve the beauty and vitality of the landscape.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a private household or residential setting.
  • A genuine passion for working with children, families, or outdoor spaces, depending on the position applied for.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for Nanny/Driver positions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
