About the Role
As a Brand Manager reporting to the Director of Marketing and Customer Service, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand perception and driving consumer engagement. Your responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing strategic plans, and executing innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Translate brand strategies into actionable plans.
- Monitor brand performance and advise accordingly.
- Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Drive brand pricing strategies.
- Provide insights through market research and analysis.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in marketing.

- Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., MSK).
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
