Position Overview:

We are currently hiring 20 Mechanics to play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of our machinery and equipment. As a Mechanic at Sinohydro, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical components to uphold the highest standards of safety and operational performance.

Requirements:

1. Completion of a vocational training program from an accredited institute with Level Certification Grade III/II/I in Mechanic.
2. Must be a Kenyan citizen aged 18 years and above.
3. Certificate of good conduct or application Confirmation receipt and a recommendation letter from your domiciled area chief.
4. Relevant working experience of a minimum of 3 years is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machines or mechanical components according to specifications.
• Inspect machines, engines, and transmissions for defects or issues.
• Conduct repairs on machines, vehicles, and equipment as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety concerns.
• Inspect workplaces to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
