Joining Remote as a Lifecycle Operations Support Specialist is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the global employment landscape. You will be an essential part of the Lifecycle Operations team, ensuring seamless billing and invoicing activities for Remote’s vendors. This role is integral to maintaining smooth operations and managing vendor partnerships effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Invoicing: Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate entries into Coupa, ensuring all transactions have the proper approvals.
  • Purchase Orders: Assist Remote’s Accounting and Purchase to Pay team in processing vendor payments promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain professional and timely communication with vendors and internal stakeholders, independently resolving issues as they arise.
  • Support Lifecycle Specialists: Aid in day-to-day vendor activities, including billing and invoice data entry, and sharing data with vendors as needed.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Maintain strong partnerships with external vendors to ensure timely billings and invoicing.
  • Data Management: Safeguard employee data and confidential information, adhering to established protocols for professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience in a digital environment, handling high-volume and/or multi-currency transactions, and vendor payments.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Detail-Oriented: Experience in invoicing and payments in high-volume transactional business.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and communicate proactively and positively with team members.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proficient in communicating effectively with partners, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Remote Work: Experience working remotely is a plus.
