Remote WordPress Technical Supporter (French and English Speaker)

What You Will Do

• Debug Issues: Address and resolve issues reported by clients.
• Client Interaction: Respond to client questions via chats or tickets.
• Code and Configuration Review: Examine configurations and code lines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with support team members.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues or feature requests to the development teams.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years in a technical customer support role, preferably related to WordPress.
• Language Skills: Excellent French and English skills (German and Arabic are a plus).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in WordPress UI and Codex, templates, taxonomy, custom post types.
  • Basic knowledge of WP CLI, GIT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (reading).
  • Familiarity with Chrome DevTools or similar tools.
• Web Development: Experience in building websites using WordPress.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and attention to detail.
• Internet Connection: A reliable and strong internet connection is essential as daily calls are required.
