Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer specializing in Electric 2&3 Wheelers, is dedicated to providing sustainable energy solutions while prioritizing exceptional customer service. They are currently seeking a Sales Agent to join their team in Nairobi, Kenya.

Job Purpose

As a Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Collaborating closely with the Sales Supervisor and team members, you will drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass assigned sales objectives under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor.
  • Optimize Sales Opportunities: Follow prescribed journey plans to maximize sales prospects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Marketing Support: Participate in below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities as directed.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and share competitive intelligence and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Dealer Relationship Management: Foster sales growth among designated dealerships and uphold monthly targets.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Attend gate meetings and collaborate with Sales Agents and dealership teams.
  • Customer Relationship Enhancement: Work in conjunction with the Sales Supervisor to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Industry Engagement: Collaborate with Bike association stage and on-ground leaderships as necessary.
  • Follow-up and Conversion: Conduct sales follow-ups and convert leads into successful outcomes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive output reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the Sales Supervisor.

Education Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Traits

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic and capable of thriving in a team environment.
