Position Description:

As an Inventory Control Trainee at mPharma, you’ll be part of a vibrant, fast-paced, and people-focused environment. Your role will involve leading and supporting warehouse logistics teams, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to person for all Warehouse and Inventory Management System issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining system integrity.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, implementing comprehensive cycle count plans and overseeing physical inventory counts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to schedule counts, analyze reports, and develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance inventory management processes, minimize risks, and streamline operations within the fulfilment center.
  • Program Management: Facilitate bug escalations and future enhancements related to the Warehouse Management System, providing valuable insights for system optimization.

  • Proficiency in SAP, Manhattan, or similar systems is desirable
  • Legally eligible to work in Kenya and residing in Nairobi
