Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 USD

Introduction

The Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty Initiative is leading the charge to combat climate change by advocating for an equitable transition away from fossil fuels. As the world faces the urgent need to reduce carbon emissions, we’re championing a new international mechanism to complement the Paris Agreement and ensure governments are held accountable for their fossil fuel production plans.

The Position

Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re seeking a Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our global mission. Reporting to the Development Director, you’ll play a crucial role in fundraising efforts to support our initiative’s growth. This is a full-time, exempt position with opportunities for professional development and advancement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Grants Management

  • Drafting grant reports and proposals
  • Managing grant calendar and deadlines
  • Coordinating with Treaty team on fundraising activities
  • Handling funder communications and acknowledgements

Funder and Database Maintenance

  • Updating funder records
  • Researching potential funders
  • Managing donor database and reports

Funder Outreach

  • Coordinating funder communications
  • Planning and managing engagement events
