The Need:
As we continue to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Temporary Regional Lead, Marketing. This role will lead the development and delivery of key marketing projects for the region, focusing on our core peer-to-peer products, brand, and prayer materials.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation:
- Develop and deliver projects aligning with regional marketing and partnership strategies.
- Implement strategies through effective project management and stakeholder task management.
Networking & Partnership:
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, peers, vendors, and contractors.
- Foster effective communication with project stakeholders for successful campaigns.
Research, Program Management and M&E:
- Gather insights to support strategy development for assigned projects.
- Monitor project health and oversee measurement and reporting of results.
Documentation, Reporting & Data Management:
- Manage project documentation and monitor health.
- Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of project results.
Clerical and Administration:
- Schedule projects within IJM’s project management platform and ensure deadlines are met.
General Tasks:
- Participate in IJM’s spiritual formation community.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally with multi-stakeholder or marketing projects.
- Experience in a marketing team environment, with demonstrated success in taking on new initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Technical Competencies:
- Professional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data/results into strategy effectively.
