1.Partnerships and Grants Manager

Are you passionate about fostering impactful partnerships and securing vital funding for conservation efforts? Join us as a Partnerships and Grants Manager and play a key role in managing a portfolio of significant multi-lateral and bi-lateral funders. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by cultivating relationships, leading proposal writing efforts, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of bilateral and multi-lateral donors, fostering long-term partnerships while ensuring compliance with engagement plans.
  • Lead the development of grant proposals and bids for large funders such as the European Commission, USAID, and others.
  • Cultivate relationships with funders to promote mutual accountability and trust.
  • Coordinate grant project planning and reporting across cross-functional departments.
  • Provide support for proposal budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
  • Convey NRT’s mission to diverse stakeholders and participate in negotiations as needed.
  • Travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.

Join our Coastal senior regional team as a Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Officer and contribute to the management of significant public and private grants.
