CLEANER POSITION AT AFRICAN LABOUR SOLUTIONS
Location: Westlands, Nairobi
Introduction:
Join African Labour Solutions (ALS) as a Cleaner, where you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in our working environments. We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work to ensure our facilities remain inviting and safe for all.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Execute cleaning tasks to ensure our facilities are consistently clean and presentable.
- Hygiene Standards: Uphold hygiene standards by sanitizing surfaces, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring a healthy environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Take responsibility for the upkeep of cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
Requirements:
Education: Possession of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, with preference given to candidates with experience in a professional cleaning company.
Skills:
- Organization: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to changing schedules or routines.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Teamwork: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in Westlands and its environs are strongly encouraged to apply.
